About me
I’m Jemma. I’m a mum to an autistic son, and I have ADHD and dyslexia.
I know that travel can feel very different when you’re neurodivergent.
Noise, crowds, changes to routines, unfamiliar places, finding safe foods, or simply having too much information can make travelling harder.
My own experiences, alongside my travel knowledge, are why I created Nero Divergent Travel.
I understand because I’ve lived it, not just because I’ve learnt about it.

How I can help you
I don’t start with the latest destination.
I listen to what you want, what you need, and what could make travelling harder.
Together we look at what matters: safe foods, accommodation, transport, sensory needs, routines, activities, pacing, airport assistance, communication needs and the things you want to avoid.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis. I plan around the person, not a label.
Then we plan a trip that fits around you.

I help you explore suitable destinations and travel options based on what you want, what you need and what you want to avoid. You then decide what you want to do next.

Personalised itinerary
I can create a detailed personalised itinerary, helping you know what to expect before and during your trip.

Full Travel Concierge
I can take care of the planning and arrangements from deciding what you want through to coming home. WhatsApp messaging support is included, so you can follow progress, ask questions or request changes, including while you’re away.

My aim is to reduce the stress around travel, help you feel more prepared and give you more confidence to travel in a way that works for you.

Travel & Options Service
£55
I can look at things such as sensory needs, safe foods, routines, accommodation, transport, pacing, activities and potential destinations or travel options.
The £55 pays for specialist planning time and expertise. It is not a fee for a holiday quotation or for booking travel.
Afterwards, you decide what you want to do next. There is no obligation to continue with another Nero Divergent Travel service.
Personalised Travel Plan
£170
For when you want the research and planning done for you, but want the freedom to make your own bookings.
I create a personalised travel plan based around your individual needs and preferences, helping you understand suitable options and prepare for your trip. You can use the plan to make your own arrangements or take the information elsewhere.
Full Travel Concierge
£295
For when you want support from planning through to coming home.
I provide personalised planning and help arrange suitable travel where available, alongside the practical neurodivergent-aware support you need before and during your trip.
This can include personalised guides and itineraries, preparation support and contact support so you can follow progress, ask questions or request changes, including while you’re away.
Booking with confidence
Know what protection applies before you book
The financial protection available depends on the travel arrangements you choose and the supplier providing them. Where ATOL or ABTA financial protection applies, I will make this clear before you book.
ATOL
Where your travel arrangements are ATOL protected, you will receive an ATOL Certificate explaining what is protected and who is providing that protection.
ABTA
Where your travel arrangements have ABTA financial protection, I will explain what protection applies before you book. Not every travel service has the same financial protection.

I will tell you what protection applies to the travel arrangements being considered before you make a booking, so you can decide whether you’re happy to proceed.
